Filipino Group

The Filipino Group was established as a support group for fellow Filipinos who worship at Holy Family Church.  We gather every Sunday for bible sharing, group prayer and sharing, and fellowship.  Once a month, our group will join the Society of St Vincent de Paul in visiting home of the elderly and entertaining them with songs and dance.

We have also set up a Skills Development Training Program that provides opportunities for migrant workers to be productive, responsible citizens and attain their own level of success now and in the future.   The program, which is run by migrant and local volunteers, offers skills courses in nursing aid, dress making, hair and beauty care, and basic computer skills.
