Holy Matrimony
We congratulate you on your decision to enter into a lifetime union of love and faith, with the celebration of the Sacrament of Matrimony here at Church of the Holy Family
Below are some guidelines to help with your wedding arrangements:
1. Arrangements for wedding must be made at least six months before the date of the Marriage.
2. Couples who are seriously contemplating marriage should attend either :
a. Catholic Engaged Encounter(EE) www.catholic.org.sg/ceespore OR b. Marriage Preparation Cource (MPC) www.catholic.org.sg/MPC
3. Please check the availability of the church with the parish office before you proceed with further arrangements. You will need to complete an application form which is to be signed by one of our priest(s) who will be solemnising your wedding.Please submit the approved marriage application form to the office for your church booking. The couple has to make appointment with the Priest to go through and complete the Pre-Nuptial Inquiry Form (this is normally done at least three months prior to the wedding).
The couple(or the Baptized Catholic partner) must give a copy of the following documents for the Pre-Nuptial Inquiry:-
- Birth certificates and NRICs/Passports of both parties.
- Baptism Certificate/s from church(es) of baptism, issued within the past six(6) months
- Full names, NRIC/Passport number(s) and contact/telephone number(s) of two(2) witnesses
- Certificate of Marriage (if previously registered at ROM)
- Certificate of completion of Engages Encounter Weekend or Marriage Preparation Course
4. For the solemnization in Church, the R.O.M Certificate collected before the wedding date must be submitted immediately to the Parish Secretary for recording into the Church Marriage Register.
Family Life Ministry

Choir for Wedding
Below is a list of choirs serving in Church of the Holy Family. Depending on your preference, you may wish to contact any of the choirs to sing at your wedding. Please contact the choir representative after the individual mass and this arrangement should be made 2 to 3 months in advance. The love-offering for their service is to be decided between the respective choir representative and yourself.

Booking of Function Hall for Wedding Reception
Please liaise with the Parish Secretary in booking the Function Hall. You will be advised of the applicable rates for using the Function Hall & Church
Photography and Video Recording services
The Family Life Ministry couple can advice you on the procedure of your church wedding photography and video recording services. Please ensure your service providers maintain proper conduct and respect in church. Your photographers and video recording crew are not allowed to enter the Sanctuary and Altar Area.
